Dundalk's 4th of July Parade
Dundalk Parade Participant,
On behalf of the Dundalk Independence Day Committee and the Optimist Club of Dundalk, Inc. we thank you for agreeing
to participate in the 2024 Dundalk Independence Day Parade.
The 90th Parade will take place on Thursday July 4, 2024 with a kickoff of 8:15 a.m..
There is no rain date. The parade starts at the Logan Village Shopping Center.
Please note there is no parking available on the shopping center lot for participants. It is used as a staging area for the Parade.
Please arrive by 7:00 a.m. so we can get your group in the proper order!
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AS A VEHICLE IN THE PARADE OR A VEHICLE NOT ACTUALLY IN THE PARADE!!
IT WILL HELP YOU GET TO YOUR DESTINATION FASTER!
VEHICLES IN THE PARADE
Coming off of 695 (beltway) take the Merritt Boulevard exit.
Drive 3.8 miles straight
on Merritt Boulevard.
Make a left onto Sollers Point Road.
Travel 1.1 miles on Sollers Point Road.
At the circle take the first exit (Dundalk Avenue).
Travel approximately .3 miles where you will
see a police check point.
Cars not in parade lineup will not be allowed past the checkpoint and will be diverted back onto Dundalk Avenue.
VEHICLES NOT IN THE PARADE
Coming off of 695 (beltway) take the Merritt Boulevard exit.
Drive 1.2 miles to Holabird Avenue.
Make a right on Holabird Avenue and travel 1.5 miles to Dundalk Avenue.
Make a left on Dundalk Avenue and travel
approximately 1.6 miles.
When you go through the traffic light at Belclare you may pull onto the right shoulder and park on Dundalk Avenue.
This is directly across from the Logan Village Shopping Center.
Please make sure to share your lineup position with all members of your group so they will know where to lineup.
